Ease Ashwagandha Gummies

These are soft, slightly gritty, gummies that taste like raisins to me and don't stick in my teeth. I've taken Ashwagandha in capsules before and I thought it helped me calm down a little bit. I took these and didn't feel any effect. However, I've been considerably less-stressed since I retired so maybe I just don't need them anymore.

I used to take ashwagandha in supplement pill form. These gummies taste a little weird at first but I eventually got used to it. They don't seem to provide any benefit though, as compared to taking the supplement form.

The taste isn't as bad as everyone has stated, yes it's a little earthy, but just take them with some juice and the taste will go away. They are amazing! I did a little test to see if the effect was subconscious by having my fiance sneak them into my shakes for a week and off a week without me knowing what was what. The weeks she gave them to me I was in a much better mood and I noticed I had more energy to the point where the third week came around and I called her out on it. They work great and I've already picked up a couple months worth of supply.
